Oklahoma City least depressed city in Oklahoma

According to a recent Tulsa World poll, Oklahoma City is the least depressed city in Oklahoma.

The lowest ratio of respondents suggeting that the United States is entering a second Great Depression was in Oklahoma City. The highest group lives in rural Oklahoma, where agriculture production costs continue to rise faster than agriculture product prices.

Maybe it is that Oklahoma City is recession proof that provides that swagger. Remember that expectations play a role in the market… If we expect a Depression, we’re a-gonna-getcha a Depression. On the other hand, if we expect a better tomorrow, tomorrow won’t be too bad.

Then again, maybe it is that Oklahoma City is a reborn sense of optimism since MAPs*.
